With more than 50 years of experience in the Construction Industry, Mr S.H. Yeo is the founder of BEC Consultants. Wide range of experience in cost control, cost planning and contract administration.

- Member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV)
- Member of the Singapore Institute of Building Limited (SIB).

Mr Yeo was also the Project Manager and QS to Hawaii Tower at Meyer Road, 18 Storey Sim Lim Tower at Jalan Besar, Sim Lim Square at Jalan Besar and Peace Centre / Peace Mansion at Sophia Road.
